Residents can register new citizens for recognition. The town of Dover will host its annual Citizenship Ceremony at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October. 29, at Aashwird Palace, located at 169 S. Salem Street.  First introduced in 2018, the ceremony was created to recognize new U.S. citizens living in Dover—many of whom mark this milestone far from their families or without formal recognition.  The Citizenship Ceremony honors the dedication, resilience, and diverse journeys of Dover’s
