Join the Dover Christmas Parade on December 1

From sparkling lights to Santa sightings, Dover transforms into a winter wonderland full of joy and holiday cheer.

Celebrate the season with family, friends, and neighbors at Dover’s annual holiday festivities on Monday, Dec. 1! Enjoy a magical evening filled with lights, music, and holiday cheer as the community comes together to welcome the most wonderful time of the year. 

Festivities Include: 

• Christmas Marketplace at JFK Park: 3-9 p.m., featuring local vendors and festive treats

• Christmas Parade: Departs from Bassett Highway at 6 p.m., arriving at JFK Park at approximately 6:45 p.m.

• Tree Lighting Ceremony: 7 p.m., watch the park light up with holiday magic

• Santa’s Grand Entrance: 7:30 p.m., perfect for photos and holiday memories

Bring your loved ones, enjoy the holiday spirit, and make memories that will last a lifetime. 

Santa will also be visiting the Dover Free Public Library on Fridays and JFK Park from 6-8 p.m. on Saturdays, until the weekend before Christmas, to keep the festive fun going!
