Here's how it works:

Step 1: (FIRST AD) Pay the refundable one-time deposit and per-issue cost.

Step 2: Pay the per-issue cost for each subsequent issue.

Step 3: Advertise in six consecutive issues to get deposit refunded. (Yes, that issue will be free!)

Step 4: Continue advertising in every issue and pay only the per-issue cost. No further deposit is required.
