Dover Family Reunited After Detention

After two months of incarceration in the Elizabeth Detention Center, Margarita Cielo Balbuena was back where she feels at home -- Tres Hermanos, the Rockaway Mexican restaurant she owns with her husband, Filemon Ruiz Cielo.

The couple, detained in a harrowing traffic stop by ICE agents on May 23 as they picked up their older son, Osmar, in front of his home on their way to work. Osmar ran the restaurant in their absence, while his younger brother, Saul, visited his parents daily.

Filemon was released June 29 from Elizabeth Detention Center.

As customers and friends filled the restaurant, the reunited couple celebrated with the family.
